The service contract consists of a mainly telephone-based support package, which includes a secure remote assistance solution. The 12-month contract is flexible and unit-based, allowing the exchange of units for scheduled on-site visits.

All calls are logged with ISC’s Citrix support desk, whose personnel deal only with the contacts you designate.

Fix Times and Hours of Cover

  • Standard service level: 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
  • Blanket 60min SLA for initial response and call logging
