As a fully managed service, every aspect is looked after by our dedicated team to ensure everything from initial collection of the goods to final reporting and certification is cared for.
The service is built on three key principles:

Our specialist logistics will collect your loose IT equipment, palletise and return it for processing. Every asset will then be registered and uniquely bar coded to provide complete traceability. Each asset will be tested and graded and all electronic data will be purged or eradicated to approved government standards to ensure no sensitive data enters the public domain.
Equipment that can be remarketed will be sold via our multi-channel sales team. Released revenue will be distributed on a profit share basis to either offset service charges or provide a return on technology investment. All equipment that cannot be resold/reused will be recycled in accordance with the highest standards of environmental legislation.
Reporting includes asset-level detail to audit standard and transparent analysis of the processing undertaken for each item. Each report will be backed up by a Certificate of Data Eradication and Certificate of Environmental Disposal. All data eradication is backed by £1M of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
