Data Hosting is the direct management of customer's Tier-1 servers located at ISC's Hosting Centre. Using world leading IBM Tivoli software and drawing upon ISC’s core expertise in enterprise server management, the service offers guaranteed 24/7 data availability Service Level Agreements (SLA), with little customer intervention and minimal disruption to your normal business.

The Centre provides a secure, climate controlled, fire resistant hosting location; with power maintained via dedicated generators and rack-mounted UPSs should grid supply fail.

The Tivoli software enables ISC permanently to observe and control your servers for the best possible performance. All relevant information is forwarded to nominated, highly specialised ISC technical engineers, who are available at all times to ensure your server uptime and productivity are maximised.

If there are hardware problems with your servers, their convenient location at the Hosting Centre means we can respond almost instantly with expert technical resource and spares.

We also offer further options such as 'Lights Out' hosting (where for disaster recovery you can utilise the facilities, physical security and uninterrupted power supply of the ISC Hosting Centre whilst self-managing your servers) and Remote Monitoring/Management (where servers on your own site are monitored and managed by ISC on your behalf).
