ISC Centralisation is designed to assist companies manage their desktop environment with tailored, comprehensive support. Launched in 1998, it presently covers some 30,000 items of equipment, across 700 UK sites.

Centralisation incorporates key elements from the ISC desktop services portfolio to deliver excellent customer value. Areas covered include dedicated bonded stock (pre-supplied or built into the contract), ProCare - ISC's premier, fix or replace hardware maintenance service, ServiceDesk, Delivery to Desk and ServerCare - a bespoke offering for business critical servers.

Centralisation is voucher-based and modular, it ensures you pay only a set fee for work actually undertaken. Such work may include any of the above, or other services related to desktop and peripheral equipment.

Centralisation also offers further modules such as image management, asset management, collection and disposal of old equipment, and management reporting which includes fault trends, call statistics and analysis.

Centralisation is available for all mainstream PCs, laptops (Compaq, HP, IBM, Toshiba and Dell), desktop inkjet and laserjet printers. Specialist equipment can be included but will be subject to approval.

Hours of Cover

  • 9.00 - 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
  • Fix times and coverage hours can be tailored according to your requirements
