ISC’s Delivery to Desk (D2D) service ensures your vital IT equipment is delivered, installed and pre-configured precisely to your specifications. A one stop resource designed to save you time and money, D2D covers hardware, software, printers (including drivers) and network connections; unpacking and setting down at your site(s); and if required an introductory demonstration to your user.

D2D was established in 1998 to meet a growing need for efficient, reliable, and cost effective - infrastructure roll outs, ad-hoc installations, moves, adds and changes (IMAC) - delivery services. Structured significantly to reduce the risks and costs of transporting and installing complex systems via open market logistics suppliers, D2D ensures technological change can take place with minimum disruption to your core business.

ISC offers a D2D service to meet any timescale or size of deployment, from the delivery and installation of a single PC to networked, multisite roll outs. We can also replace and manage your existing outdated equipment, removing your old hardware for disposal.

Hours of Cover

  • Standard Delivery to Desk services available for all mainland UK and Ireland locations.
  • 09.00 – 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays).
  • Additional out of hours cover may be available.
