Using advanced desktop applications, telephone and multi-participant conference calls can be controlled using drag-&-drop commands. Frequently dialled numbers are �remembered� for easy access via a dropdown menu, whilst a computer based telephone (Softphone) enables intuitive, enterprise remote communications.

Contact centre calls can be routed automatically according to various rules based criteria, including types of skills sought, customer status and language spoken. With each inquiry directed to the most appropriate personnel, response and problem resolution times are faster and overall customer service is enhanced.

For remote and field workers, software-based IP telephones and consoles give total and permanent enterprise access. With mobile users securely connected to the corporate network, productivity is as high as that of office based colleagues.
