ISC scores 'Perfect 10' with SAN giant Emulex
ISC Networks Ltd has announced a partnership with the Emulex Corporation and ACAL Storage Networking to deliver state-of-the-art SAN packages to European customers.
The agreement follows Emulex's recently-introduced 'Perfect 10' initiative; a channel programme designed to incentivise, with attractive trade-in discounts, special pricing and demo units, resellers of the storage giant's SAN connectivity solutions.
The range includes LightPulse HBAs such as LP10000, LP1050 and the recently-released LP1005DC for IBM eServer BladeCenter. Offering simplified upgrade paths, reduced management complexities and lower total costs of ownership, these and other Emulex solutions have become virtually industry-standard for leading server and storage providers such as ISC.

Firmware based architecture and operating system driver-compatibility are consistent features of Emulex's HBA product line. The company also produces a robust suite of HBA installation and management tools, including Enterprise AutoPilot Installer, EZPilot and HBAnyware; the latter incorporating driver-based technology to enable management and upgrades of Emulex HBAs anywhere in a SAN from a single console.
